Care Instructions:
• Keep soil consistently moist but never soggy; allow top 2cm to dry between waterings
• Maintain high humidity (60%+) using a humidifier, pebble tray or regular misting
• Position in bright, indirect light; avoid direct sunlight which scorches leaves
• Maintain temperatures between 18-24°C; protect from draughts and cold windows
• Feed monthly during the growing season (March-September) with balanced houseplant fertiliser
• Use rainwater or filtered water as Calatheas are sensitive to fluoride and chlorine
• Wipe leaves regularly with a damp cloth to remove dust and maintain humidity
• Repot every 1-2 years in spring using well-draining, peat-free compost
• Expect some leaf curling in winter; this is normal and not cause for concern
